Payment Policy
Full payment is due in full prior to start of all services. Striation 6 accepts Visa, Master Card, Debit and Cash as payment methods, all services provided by Striation 6 are subject to GST.
Refund Policy
All Muscle Activation Techniques, Personal Resistance Training, Isometric Training System group and private packages are non refundable, non transferable and expire 12 months after purchase date. Please purchase all session packages according to usage. All class series as well as monthly unlimited packages are non-refundable. All class series have an expiry date of 12 months. In addition, no extensions will be added to the unlimited monthly packages and unlimited packages cannot be put on hold. All classes are 45 minutes long.
Sign Up Policy
Resistance Training appointments, Muscle Activation Techniques appointments and Group I.T.S® classes are available Monday through Sunday. Appointments and pre-registration is mandatory. We accept reservations by telephone, email or through our new online booking system. We encourage everyone to utilize our online booking system as this is the quickest and most convenient way to make a reservation. Our I.T.S. class size is limited to 6 participants per class. All class reservations will be held until 5 minutes after the class has begun. If you do not arrive on time and the 5 minutes grace period has passes we will offer your spot to the next waiting person. Classes are subject to change at anytime. Please refer to our online booking system for up to date information on all classes.
Class and Appointment Cancellation Policy
Classes may be cancelled by calling 647-430-5753 or by cancelling online. We ask that you cancel as far in advance as possible to be courteous to the Instructor and/or anyone waiting for a reservation. If you cancel with less then 3 hours notice a class will be deducted from your class series. If you do not have a class series, a class fee will be added to your account. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class to prepare and we ask that you never enter a class more then 10 minutes after it has begun. Training and therapy appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel with less then 24 hours for a training or therapy appointments a session will be deducted from your package. If you do not have a package a cancellation fee of valued at the cost of your session will be added to your account.

STRIATION 6 operates health and fitness facilities under the name STRIATION 6. STRIATION 6 and each of its health and fitness facilities (referred to collectively as "STRIATION 6") are committed to protecting your privacy, and support a general policy of openness about how they collect, use and disclose personal information relating to you.

- Information about your fitness interests, fitness goals and general fitness state;
- Proof of identity (such as a signature or driver's license number);
- Financial and billing information (such as credit card number/expiration date and credit history);
- Demographic information (such as date of birth and gender); and
- Name of employer (if you are seeking services under a corporate membership).
How We Use Personal Information
STRIATION 6 uses personal information to:
- Provide you with the services and related products you request, do all the things necessary to administer those services and products and to research, develop, manage, improve and personalize those services and products;
- Provide you with interactive communication;
- Develop and maintain its relationship with you and communicate with you;
- Bill you for our services and related products; and
- Unless you opt-out, to advise you about additional services and products offered by STRIATION 6 and its affiliates, which may be of interest to you.
Information about your employer is used to confirm your eligibility for services under a corporate membership.
STRIATION 6 may also use personal information to create aggregate information (information from which personal identifiers have been removed). Aggregate information helps STRIATION 6 to understand its customer needs and assists in developing new services and products.
STRIATION 6 may share personal information with third parties engaged to assist it in providing services or products to you or to carry out one or more of the purposes described above. These service providers are prohibited from using personal information for any purpose other than to provide this assistance and are required to protect personal information disclosed to them by STRIATION 6 and to comply with the general privacy principles described in this Privacy Statement.

STRIATION 6 also reserves the right to disclose and/or transfer personal information to a third party in the event of a proposed or actual purchase, sale, lease, merger, amalgamation or any other type of acquisition, disposal or financing of all or any portion of STRIATION 6 or of any of the business or assets or shares of STRIATION 6 or a division thereof in order for you to continue to receive the same services and products from the third party.
Consent
STRIATION 6 collects personal information relating to you only when you voluntarily provide it.
You may withdraw your consent to the use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the services that you have requested at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Unless you opt-out, STRIATION 6 may use personal information relating to you to promote and market additional services, products and special offers from STRIATION 6, its affiliates, and/or selected business associates of STRIATION 6 who also offer services, products and promotions relating to: health and fitness, personal care, entertainment and recreation, food and beverages, health and beauty aids and pharmaceuticals including by means of direct marketing. STRIATION 6 may also disclose your name, mailing address and e-mail address to these affiliates and/or business associates so that they can send you promotional materials directly.
If you do not opt-out of receiving promotional materials, but later change your mind, you can ask us to stop sending you this information by completing the attached opt-out form and returning it to us by dropping it off at the fitness facility in which you are enrolled or mailing it to: Striation 6, 1170 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, M4W 2L9, Attention: Mary Kasravi. Cookies
STRIATION 6's website makes use of "per-session" cookies. Cookies are small text files offered to your computer in order to keep track of your browser as our website is navigated. Unlike "persistent" cookies, which are stored on your hard drive and can last indefinitely, "per-session" cookies are stored only in your browser's temporary memory and are deleted when the browser is shut down.
From the aggregated information about your visits to the STRIATION 6 website, STRIATION 6 learns how visitors interact with its website and how the website design and content can be improved.
