Growing up, I was deeply involved in martial arts, staying active through my teens. But in my twenties, as I drifted away from that lifestyle, the weight crept on. It did not suit me and I began to feel unwell.

At 23, I decided to take control, hiring a personal trainer and transforming my habits, ultimately losing 40 pounds. I remember how intimidating it felt as a young woman walking into a gym without a roadmap, and that experience sparked my passion for helping other women navigate their fitness journeys. I knew then that I wanted to help other women avoid that same, awful feeling.

Today, my mission is to empower women to train with purpose—not just for weight loss, but for strength, confidence, and lifelong health. My goal is to guide clients to not only understand how to train, but to love learning the why behind it. Watching my clients gain the confidence to step into the gym on their own, motivated and self-assured, is the ultimate success.
