I came to exercise after finding some time off from my previous work as an architect in Spain and finding myself unhealthy, overweight, with serious back pain and scared to get injured playing with my kids. I found myself not able to do activities I wanted to do with my loved ones.
With my second pregnancy I started the journey of recovering, finding myself not only reaching my goals but also enjoying the process along the way. Exercise changed my life for the better.
I started looking at the human body as an amazing structure, where all its parts are interconnected and work as a system. I decided then that I wanted to help others to get their quality of life back. It became my career.
With my clients, I have found that finding their real goal, what truly motivates them to exercise and spend time on their own health, is key to form a long-term exercise process. Every person is unique and requires special attention on what they can do today, based on their health history and working towards what they would like to do in the future. Assessing and finding the proper dose of exercise to reach their goals make the exercise process worth its weight in gold.
To me, client success looks like finding they leave each session with a sense of accomplishment, feeling better and ready to do activities they like to do on their own or with their loved ones, progressively finding they get their quality of life back, living pain-free and working towards their true goal.
