As a lifetime and ex-professional athlete, I understand how bad it feels when your body breaks down and the effects of that. My approach puts you in the driver's seat of your health. Working together, we will collaborate to help you progress through the body issues holding you back and build a bridge towards you having full confidence in your body.

Originally from New Zealand and having played professional basketball in Dubai, I've had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients and help a lot of people. Outside of my role as an Exercise Professional, I enjoy camping and travelling with my family, performing with my amateur theatre group. I still play basketball, too!

As a Personal Trainer for the past 10 years, I have helped my clients help their gym visits go from feeling daunting and uncertain to helpful, livened and fulfilling. While I still have a few clients, my main goal is to see to it that Striation 6 stays a safe, friendly, exercise-oriented environment and that our clients are served as well as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, walking our dogs and travelling whenever possible.

As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, I see the importance of regular exercise and correct technique to avoid injuries and stay active for longer periods. I believe that a strong and healthy body that exercises consistently is a great way to not just enjoy life but also to avoid injuries, pain and stiffness in the body.

I started getting exposed to weight training, dumbbells and different exercise machines when I took a class in high school. I immediately fell in love with it.

I help people who are nervous or scared of being in a gym setting get as strong, fit and confident as possible through workouts that emphasize the fundamentals of exercise technique and proper usage of equipment.

I got into exercise and personal training in my twenties because I fell in love with the process. I am a natural nurturer as a person, so I truly enjoy watching my clients hit their goals through pain-free exercise.

I especially enjoy helping clients who feel that they can't otherwise identify the most effective, efficient and optimal way to exercise towards their goals, whether you're brand new to exercise or experienced.

I help people discover the benefits of isometric exercise and guide them through the numerous ways it can add to their strength, joint health, athletic performance and stamina.

As the Lead Instructor at the Striation 6 Isophit Strength Zone, I love exposing clients to the benefits of isometric exercise. I actually started at Striation 6 as a client. With enough questions, interest and effort, I managed to make my way into my role here. While I enjoy and recognize the benefits of exercise in our Open Gym setting, my purpose here is to help as many people as possible to discover and thrive on the benefits of isometric exercise.

As a member of the LGBTQ community, it is important to me that Striation 6 and the Isophit Strength Zone remain welcoming and inclusive for all exercise participants.

Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing softball and baseball, DIY house projects and going dancing.
